A local Rogue Valley site visit, up to 75 minutes for one primary computer, basic cleanup, startup and performance review, virus and malware review, update checks, common settings adjustments as time allows, and clear recommendations. Extra devices, parts, paid software, data recovery, or extensive repairs are quoted first.
Do you travel to Crescent City, Brookings, and Gold Beach?
Yes. Coastal visits are focused on planned small business, networking, multi-device, and other defined projects. After a free phone assessment, you receive a written quote covering travel, labor, and the agreed scope.
Do I need a monthly IT contract?
No. One-time service and project work are welcome. Small businesses can request a defined proposal without committing to a monthly managed-services plan.
Can you help seniors or people who are not comfortable with technology?
Yes. Explanations are patient, clear, and step-by-step. The site and service process are intentionally designed to be easy to understand.
Can you help remotely?
Many software, email, Microsoft 365, and configuration issues can be handled remotely. Printer, Wi-Fi, hardware, and physical network problems may require an on-site visit.
